Sometimes we have to come to the end of ourselves before we will ever be able to see the beauty in rest. Don't be afraid of the brick wall. It's there to remind us we don't always have to be strong. We can let go and just breathe. We can slow down and rest. And then the most amazing thing starts to happen. Life begins to break through the cracks and beauty emerges from the broken.
